The 2022 Worcester market continues to have a significantly low volume of supply of multi-family properties from the MLS. The Market Supply also indicates that the buyer's side of the market is unwavering and remains competitive (indicates that properties remain to leave the market quickly as they enter). There is a slightly progressive trend of the sale price being greater than the listing price. This definitely makes sense for the climate of the market, but with rising rates how much more can the market climb? The data is showing that even with historically high prices for multi's there is still an appetite for the prices to climb. The market has cooled on the volume end but not from the standpoint of pricing.
